We are seeking a dynamic Deputy General Manager to oversee business operations and drive sales performance. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall business operations and enhance sales performance of the Singapore office.

• Drive sales growth for Ethical and OTC businesses.

• Monitor sales performance and implement necessary improvement actions.

• Oversee daily operations including sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and HR.

• Ensure effective coordination among team members for seamless operations.

• Support budgeting, cost control, and initiatives aimed at improving profitability.

• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and relevant policies.

• Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

• Strong background in sales and business management.

• Experience in the generic drug business is an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
