Our client is seeking a Technical Officer to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Oversee services: Ensure timely delivery of services according to client requirements.

• Manage contractors: Supervise and coordinate scheduled maintenance of various building systems.

• Conduct inspections: Regularly assess building installations and equipment to maintain optimal conditions.

• Analyze breakdowns: Investigate issues to prevent recurrence and improve system reliability.

• Supervise upgrades: Oversee project implementation to enhance building facilities.

• Handle feedback: Professionally address service requests and client concerns.

• Ensure compliance: Adhere to guidelines, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

• Support team: Assist with additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: Nitec/Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience in facilities management.

• Technical proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.

• Flexibility: Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
