HR Executive (HRIS/Projects) - #1132349

Position Overview:
We are looking for an HRIS Specialist to support our HR and corporate functions. In this role, you will manage and maintain the HR Information System, assist with system upgrades, process improvements, and digitalization initiatives. You will generate reports, provide user support and training, liaise with vendors, and help ensure HR processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.

Tasks & Responsibilities: 

• Support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS.

• Lead system upgrades, new module rollouts, and digitalisation projects.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Maintain HRIS data, workflows, access rights, and system configurations.

• Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decisions and analytics.

• Work with HRIS vendors for support, enhancements, and system improvements.

• Manage vendor performance and contracts to meet organisational needs.

• Suggest system-based improvements to streamline HR processes.

• Support automation across HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, learning).

• Provide HRIS support, troubleshoot issues, and train users.

• Develop guides, SOPs, and act as the first point of contact for system queries.

• Assist with HR projects, audits, policy implementation, and corporate initiatives as needed.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with HRIS administration, implementation, or support.

• Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, and learning management.

• Ability to generate HR reports, analyse data, and support HR analytics.

• Experience in system improvements, digitalisation, or project coordination is a plus.
