Key Responsibilities
Procurement Support
Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services
Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on deliveries
Maintain procurement records, pricing, and supplier documentation
Support vendor coordination and basic negotiations
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
Administrative Support
Assist with general office administration and coordination
Manage office supplies and administrative documentation
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Support internal departments with administrative requests
Assist in preparing basic reports and records
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
0–2 years of experience in procurement or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication skills and attention to detail
