Responsibilities:
Promote and advocate for the brand, showcasing a strong understanding of services to communicate value effectively to clients.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Oversee daily operational efficiencies to ensure profitability and manage customer care and administrative programs.
Maintain strong after-sales relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service experiences and high satisfaction levels.
Assist with inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure product availability.
Perform various treatments with professionalism, providing expert recommendations on products, services, and packages.
Stay abreast of the latest technologies and devices, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer retention and referral rates.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales and team leading role within the beauty sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Relevant beauty and wellness certifications such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC are advantageous.
Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies and treatments is preferred.
Previous management experience in a beauty or wellness environment.
Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Strong leadership qualities and a self-motivated, positive attitude.
