Responsibilities:

• Promote and advocate for the brand, showcasing a strong understanding of services to communicate value effectively to clients.

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Oversee daily operational efficiencies to ensure profitability and manage customer care and administrative programs.

• Maintain strong after-sales relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service experiences and high satisfaction levels.

• Assist with inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure product availability.

• Perform various treatments with professionalism, providing expert recommendations on products, services, and packages.

• Stay abreast of the latest technologies and devices, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer retention and referral rates.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales and team leading role within the beauty sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Relevant beauty and wellness certifications such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC are advantageous.

• Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies and treatments is preferred.

• Previous management experience in a beauty or wellness environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.

• Strong leadership qualities and a self-motivated, positive attitude.
