Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to expand our market presence and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets rewarding with attractive sales commission package while promoting Swan Swee’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and market research
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
Work closely with the project and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (advantageous)
Preferred Qualities:
Knowledge of metal roofing, decking, or structural products
Established network of contacts in the construction or building industry
Positive attitude with a passion for building long-term client relationships
