Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end processing and administration of corporate loan facilities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution in line with internal policies and MAS regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, interest, and payment

• Review loan documentation and ensure compliance with credit approvals

• Maintain loan records, limits, and covenant tracking in banking systems

• Resolve operational issues and support audits and controls

• Liaise with Relationship Managers, Credit, Legal, and external parties

• Prepare operational and management reports

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related field

• 2–5 years’ experience in corporate loan processing

• Knowledge of bilateral loans, syndicated loans and project finance will be a plus

• Familiarity with core banking systems (e.g. Loan IQ, T24)

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
