Appointment Setter (Free Cleaning Service)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Appointment Setter to join our team.Your primary responsibility will be contacting potential customers via phone to schedule complimentary cleaning service demonstrations. This role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills and a desire to help customers discover our services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Contact leads and potential customers through outbound calls.

· Clearly explain the value of our free cleaning service offer.

· Schedule appointments for service demonstrations at the customer's convenience.

· Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our system.

· Achieve weekly and monthly scheduling targets.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Chinese & English) required

• Experience with telemarket or sales is preferrec.

· Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.

· A positive, persuasive, and persistent attitude.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
