Senior Planning Engineer (Design & Build project) - #1132226

We are partnering with one of the biggest construction firm in Singapore and are looking for Senior Project Engineer to join the firm!

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Planning Manager in all planning functions

• Monitor progress of work on site on a daily basis

• Prepare histograms, tables, S-curves, resources logs (Manpower, Materials, Equipment)

• Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects

• Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluate project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for in-house, owner and consultant submission

• Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations

• Liaise, consult and coordinate with all Supervisors and Managers to incorporate relevant information that will affect the implementation of the project schedule

Job Requirements

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Experience in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

• Excellent communications skills

• At least 3 years of relevant planning experience, mainly in A1 main contractor
