Job Title:

Business Development Executive / Manager – Security & Technologies

Company Overview:

We are a growing security and technology solutions provider in Singapore, offering integrated services such as manned guarding, security systems, surveillance technologies, and smart security solutions. We are looking for a motivated Business Development professional to expand our client base and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in security services and security technologies

• Promote services including manned guarding, CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and integrated security solutions

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and tenders

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners

• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets

• Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Attend site visits, meetings, and networking events when required

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

• Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
  (Experience in security services, ELV, CCTV, or technology industry is an advantage)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

• Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and site visits

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
