Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to build, test, and troubleshoot assemblies. This role is critical in ensuring our electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic systems are produced to the highest technical specifications while maintaining a culture of safety and precision.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Base Salary: Up to $2,700
Gross Salary Potential: Up to $3,200 (including shift allowances and overtime).
Shift Information (Monday to Friday)
Shift 1: 7:30am – 4:30pm (No shift allowance)
Shift 2: 3:30pm – 12:30am ($330~ allowance per month)
Shift 3: 11:30pm – 8:30am ($550~ allowance per month)
Key Responsibilities
Use technical drawings and wiring diagrams to assemble or repair electrical and mechanical parts.
Use tools like vacuum pumps and leak detectors to test equipment and ensure they work correctly.
Find and fix errors in electro-mechanical and pneumatic assemblies.
Inspect all parts for defects before and after assembly to ensure they meet company standards.
Data entry to record work progress, parts used, and labor hours.
Requirements
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).
Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
