Roles & Responsibilities
The Certis Integrated Operations Centre (CIOC) serves as the 24/7 command hub for Certis Aviation Security Operations at Changi Airport. The Duty Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring seamless ground operations and effective incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring adherence to established procedures and SOPs.
Oversee and coordinate all activities within the operations center, including planning, deployment, and monitoring of security operations.
Act as the primary point of contact for security-related incidents; prepare reports, implement follow-up actions, and keep management informed.
Provide operational support to the management team and contribute to organizational planning and strategy.
Drive continuous improvement in operational and administrative processes.
Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
Train, supervise, and develop team members to maintain high standards of performance.
Skills & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
Candidates who are Commissioned Officers from SAF or Senior Officers from SPF are encouraged to apply
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement
Excellent team player with high initiative and resourcefulness
Exceptional communication skills across all levels
Must be comfortable in performing rotating shifts
