Job Description:
Assist in managing the full tendering process from document review, bid planning, proposal development, to submission.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, M&E, cleaning, security, landscape, procurement, HR, finance) to gather inputs required for tender submissions.
Prepare tender documentation, project write-ups, method statements, organisation charts, and supporting materials.
Ensure all tender requirements, formats, and timelines are strictly adhered to.
Support in drafting, formatting, and proofreading proposal documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
Support tender clarifications, negotiations, and documentation for contract award.
Job Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal coordination—preferably in the Facilities Management or Built Environment sector.
Familiarity with IFM services (M&E, Cleaning, Security, Landscape, etc.) and public tender platforms (e.g., GeBIZ) is an advantage.
Strong writing, editing, and document formatting skills.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
