Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to visitors and VIP guests professionally
Manage front desk operations, calls, emails, and visitor registration
Coordinate meeting rooms and hospitality arrangements
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experience
Maintain a presentable reception and waiting area
Requirements
Experience as a receptionist or in premium customer service roles
Background in cabin crew, VIP lounges, aviation, or luxury hospitality preferred
Fluent in English; Mandarin-speaking required to support Chinese-speaking guests
Well-groomed, confident, and professional
Calm, service-oriented, and able to handle VIP interactions
