Key Responsibilities:
● Client Engagement Development: Collaborate with sales consultants to evaluate client eligibility and provide insights on products and immigration policies to identify and engage potential clients.
● Client Support and Consultation: Offer expert guidance to clients, addressing inquiries about products and policies. Prepare necessary documentation to ensure successful applications.
● Complaint Resolution: Facilitate the timely resolution of client complaints, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
● Project Promotion Contribution: Assist in developing and executing project promotion strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands by creating marketing materials.
● Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks related to channel development as assigned by senior leadership.
Requirements:
● Experience: Over 1 year of relevant experience.
● Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with sales consultants and potential clients.
● Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
● Self-Motivation: Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
● Detail Orientation: Proactive and adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.
