Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm 

Salary: $4000 - $5000 (Depend on Experience) +Bonus

Location: Clementi - Clementi Project

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage.

Project requiring candidates experienced in LTA Electrical, Fire and ECS systems installation, testing, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender drawings including layouts, schematics, and single-line diagrams.

• Review consultant’s design drawings, specifications, and contract documents for technical compliance.

• Provide technical support to project teams by delivering high-quality CAD and BIM outputs.

• Develop 2D and 3D drawings based on project specifications, contract drawings, and technical submittals.

• Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services using AutoCAD and Navisworks to ensure clash-free design.

• Produce detailed shop/installation drawings based on coordinated BIM models.

• Create and maintain Revit models, including the development of custom Revit families.

• Attend and contribute to CAD/BIM coordination meetings with project stakeholders.

• Ensure all drawings are prepared on time, meet project specifications, and adhere to quality standards.

• Manage the submission and approval of shop drawings with consultants and clients.

  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection).

• Experience in clash detection and BIM coordination.
