About the role

Ace Achievers Our Learning Hub Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Student Care Teacher.  As a Student Care Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and engaging environment for primary school students during their out-of-school hours. This is a full-time / Part Time position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and engaging students in a variety of educational and recreational activities, including homework guidance, arts and crafts, and physical games

• Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of each student

• Plan events and activities for students

• Communicating regularly with parents and school staff to ensure the well-being and progress of the students

• Collaborating with the team to plan and implement engaging lesson plans and activity schedules

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students in your care

• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant government regulations

What we're looking for

• A passion for working with primary school-aged children and a genuine commitment to their growth and development

• Strong Classroom management skills

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)

• Familiar with Singapore's Primary school curriculum

• Relevant teaching or childcare experience, preferably in a student care or after-school program setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• A team-player attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the student care program
