Front Desk Officer
Working Hours: 5 days work
8.30am-5.30pm
Working Location @ Pioneer
Company transport provided nearby MRT
Salary up to $3500 + AWS

Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and maintain a tidy workplace.
Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the right person/meeting room.
Handle mail, packages, and office supplies replenishment.
Support new hire onboarding and maintain employee records.
Plan and coordinate company events and engagement activities.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Always maintain the workplace in a clean and tidy manner
Requirement:
Minimum O level and above
Well-groomed comfortable to wearing make up and possess a pleasant disposition
Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels
Good team player with positive working attitudes
Able to start work in a short notice period
