Job Summary:

* Basic Salary: $2400 to $3150 (depending on relevant experiences) - Gross Salary can up to $3500

Working Hours: Can Choose Day Shift / Afternoon Shift / Night Shift

Working Location (can choose):

1. Upper Changi (near to Tampines IKEA)

2. Tampines Industrial Ave (near to Tampines IKEA)

3. Changi South (near to Expo MRT)

4. Greenwich Drive (near Hougang / Tampines)

5. Alps Ave (company transport at AMK / Punggol / Tampines / Bedok / Sengkang / Tanah Merah / Pasir Ris / Jurong East)

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to calls and email enquiries

• Activate/register shipments to system

• Co-ordinate/follow-up with customers and vendors for shipment/transport arrangement

• Arrange for customs clearance application

• Generate invoice for services

• Generate daily operations reports

• Update Track and Trace events

• Other duties as assigned
