Project Manager (East) - #1132047

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and budget

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans and schedules, considering dependencies and resource availability

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors

• Prepare and present clear and structured project status updates to stakeholders, including management

• Identify potential project risks and issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies

• Oversee testing, implementation, and installation activities to ensure project requirements are met

• Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and timelines

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing timely updates on progress and issues

• Perform other duties related to project management as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent)

• Experience in test planning, system implementation, and installation activities

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic salary up to S$6,500 (commensurate with experience)

• Transport allowance: S$500

• Petrol card: S$500

• Performance-based bonus
