Our Client:

• Events Company

• 5.5 Days, Office Hour

• Kranji

• Up to $3000 Basic + Events Incentive 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal/ external vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during the planning process to ensure smooth execution.

• Schedule delivery and installation for events.

• Oversee the setup, teardown, and follow-up processes for events.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year experience in events/project management

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
