About the role

DOB DOORS SOLUTION PTE LTD is seeking enthusiastic Sales Coordinators to join our vibrant team in the Paya Lebar North East Region. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our leading door solutions. What you'll be doing

1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services

2. Assisting customers with the selection, ordering and installation of door solutions

3. Coordinating with our installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to sales and customer interactions

5. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand our customer base

6. Continuously learning about our products and services to provide up-to-date information to customers

7. Contributing to the overall success of the customer service and sales team

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively

4. Familiarity with door solutions and products, or a willingness to learn quickly

5. Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to support sales and customer service activities

6. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
