About the role

We are seeking an experienced AV Technician to join our team at Gpro Visual Technologies Pte Ltd in the Paya Lebar East Region. As a full-time AV technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our range of audio-visual equipment and systems.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AV equipment such as projectors, displays, sound systems and videoconferencing setups

• Installing, configuring and testing new AV systems and equipment

• Providing on-site support and assistance to clients during events and presentations

• Maintaining accurate records of all equipment, repairs and service history

• Liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of spare parts and consumables

• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our AV services

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years of experience as an AV technician, preferably in a commercial or corporate environment

• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with a variety of AV equipment and systems

• Familiarity with audio, video, lighting and control system technologies

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Valid driver's licence and own transportation
