Singaporean ONLY Sales Support Executive (Logistics/Diploma/East/UP TO $4300) - #1131932

Responsibilities :

· Work closely with global and regional account management team to lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers

· Analyse tender specifications and liaise with countries mainly in the APAC region for accurate and timely responses

· Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices and central procurement teams to ensure high quality and competitive offers

· Develop a project plan and for adequate pricing analysis, internal review and evaluation in-line with the global tender management process

· Maintain record of tenders in internal reports and tender document management system

· Leading/involve in meeting with cross region stakeholder to give advice or provide analysis from Tender Management perspective to achieve corporate goal.

· Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required

Requirement:

· Must have tender/sales support experience in freight forwarding/logistic industries

· Advanced MS-Excel is mandatory

· Ability to utilize software efficiently eg. Ariba/Jagger/etc.

· Fast-thinker, Problem solver and strong aptitude for numbers

· Good interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural diversity

· Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
