About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skill air conditioning installation supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the air-conditioning installation teams in carrying out their work efficiently and safely, while maintaining a high-quality standard of work.

Key Responsibilities

1.             Team Leadership:

·       Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of ACMV engineers, supervisors and skilled workers.

·       Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

·       Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.

2.             Stakeholders management:

·       Coordinate with main contractor, MEP contractors as well as other trades subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.

3.             Technical Expertise:

·       Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, supervisors and skilled workers in executing their works according to technical specifications and drawings, as well as prevailing codes and regulations.

·       Ensure smooth execution of works in timely manner to meet project schedule.

·       Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in air conditioning systems.

4.             Budget Management:

·       Manage the project budget in materials and manpower.

·       Monitor expenses, analyze budget variances, and implement cost-savings measures.

5.             Compliance and Safety:

·       Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

·       Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and customers.

6.             Reporting:

·       Provide updates to senior management on departmental performance and challenges.

7.             Continuous Improvement:

·       Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

·       Stay informed about emerging technologies and methodologies in air-conditioning repair and maintenance.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Certifications

·       Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields

Technical Skills

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical installation

·       Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Soft Skills

·       Good leadership and team management skills

·       Good communication and coordination skills

·       Strong attention to detail and precision

·       Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards

·       Good critical thinking and problem-solving ability
