• Basic $2,500 - $2,800 + VB

• Working location: Tagore

• Working Days: Monday - Friday

• Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in manage daily purchasing tasks including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries shipments

• Maintain supplier records and assist with invoice checking and filing

• Prepare reports and perform profit analysis using Excel and Word

• Assist in cost negotiation and building strong supplier relationships

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year relevant experience in procurement, purchasing or admin role is a plus
