The Business Development Manager (BDM) at TRT plays a vital role in positioning our company as the preferred partner for resolving IT server storage and networking needs.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring compliance with TRT policies.
Managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial client communication to deal signing.
Collaborating with Telesales – Lead Generation Associates to enhance prospecting efforts and meet benchmarks.
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conducting prospective client meetings to qualify and secure new business.
Maintaining accurate records in NetSuite for all sales activities.

Qualifications:
Well-organized and able to quickly expedite a complex sales process
Genuine interest in providing technically complex solutions
Quickly grasps IT solutions services or products for effective sales engagement
Excellent numeracy, literacy and problem-solving skills
High level of Emotional Intelligence and motivation to succeed
Goal oriented/ results driven/ willing to work more than 40 hours per week to achieve target
Strong desire to grow personally and professionally
Able to present and communicate effectively to “C-level” clients
