Executive, Operations (Healthcare Services) (Entry) - #1131917

Our client is looking for a proactive and service-oriented Executive, Operations to manage and support the smooth daily operations of assigned healthcare service point(s). This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient service delivery, optimal resource utilisation, and a positive patient experience through effective planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end work planning and budgeting for assigned service point(s), from development through execution

• Manage procurement activities, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion

• Oversee daily operations, working closely with Clinic Managers, Nurse Managers, and relevant teams to resolve operational, system, and process issues

• Monitor and improve patient experience, patient and staff safety, registration, admission processes, waiting times, length of stay, decanting/right-siting, and billing matters

• Manage resource allocation, and track and monitor utilisation to ensure operational efficiency

• Drive and support workflow reviews, process improvements, and operational projects

• Liaise with stakeholders to manage patient feedback and complaints, ensuring service recovery and operational excellence

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer or Head of Department
  

Requirements

• Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Training will be provided to candidates without prior experience.

• Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant operations or healthcare administration experience will be considered for Senior Executive position.

• Experience in operations planning, budgeting, procurement, or service delivery preferred

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
