Job Scope
The SJ Academy Training Administrator (6-Month Contract) plays a key role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of SJ Global Academy. This position ensures smooth execution of training programs, manages external training processes, and provides system administration for the Learning Management System (ARC). The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
External Training Administration
Manage external training registration for employees, ensuring compliance with P&C Training Policy and Training approval process flow
Liaise with external training providers to confirm schedules and course arrangements
Process training-related payments, including handling invoices, coordinating with Vendors and Finance for timely payment settlement
Update training details and attendance records in Workday
Orientation & Training Logistics
Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires and Trainers' schedule arrangement
Arrange training logistics, including booking of training rooms, ordering refreshments, and preparing training materials
SJ Global Academy External Operations
Provide administrative support for SJ Global Academy operations with external participants
Handle general enquiries related to training programs and academy services
Assist in training grant processing and maintain accurate documentation for compliance
Learning Management System (ARC) Administration
Act as system administrator for ARC LMS, managing course setup and enrolments
Respond to general enquiries related to e-learning access
Support basic-level e-learning development and uploading to ARC
Qualifications and Skills
Demonstrated organisational and administrative expertise, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Sound knowledge and functional understanding of Singapore funding claims and related funding compliance processes.
Proficiency in managing confidential employee data and financial records in accordance with regulatory and organisational standards.
Experience with HR and L&D administration will be considered advantageous.
