We are seeking a business / strategy expert in the beauty and nails sector to help define growth roadmaps, optimize operations, and maintain a competitive edge. You will collaborate closely with Management to develop actionable strategies that drive revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the beauty and nails sector.

• Advise on business model innovation, service portfolio expansion, and revenue optimization strategies.

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market presence.

• Recommend and implement operational improvements across processes, staff management, service offerings, inventory, and client management systems.

• Provide financial guidance, including pricing strategies, budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting.

• Support marketing, branding, and promotional strategies, including social media campaigns and loyalty programs.

• Act as a trusted advisor to management, guiding strategic decision-making, risk management, and long-term planning.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Business / Strategy Consultant or similar role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or service industry.

• Strong knowledge of beauty and nails business operations, trends, and customer behavior.

• Expertise in strategic planning, business modeling, and growth initiatives.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams to drive meaningful change and achieve results.

• Degree in Business, Strategy, Management, or related field preferred.
