You will be driving high-impact, data-driven digital and e-commerce campaigns across multiple markets, focusing on traffic, conversion, and customer engagement. The role combines hands-on execution, analytics, and AI-driven personalization to optimize customer journeys, loyalty programs, and regional marketing performance.

The Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize digital performance campaigns (SEM, SEO, social) and e-commerce initiatives to improve traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Experiment with A/B testing and funnel optimization to enhance customer journeys and purchase behavior.
• Collaborate with regional sales offices to ensure competitive positioning in e-commerce and digital channels.
• Design and execute loyalty and engagement programs, leveraging data and AI-driven targeting to increase retention and repeat purchases.
• Monitor campaign performance and competitor activity, providing clear, actionable insights through dashboards and reporting.
• Pilot AI-driven tools (chatbots, predictive analytics, personalization engines) to enhance campaign efficiency and customer experience.
• Champion customer-first strategies to build long-term brand loyalty and advocacy across regional markets.

The Talent

• 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a regional or multi-market role.
• Strong expertise in paid digital media (search, social, performance) with exposure to e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty marketing, and personalization.
• Analytical and data-driven, able to turn insights from dashboards and performance metrics into actionable recommendations.
• Tech-curious with AI-driven marketing experience (automation, chatbots, predictive analytics, personalization engines) and strong communication skills for collaborative work.
