Procurement Coordinator / Supply-Chain Coordinator

• $3500 basic + Bonus + AWS

• 5 days 9am to 6pm

• Woodlands Ave 9, will relocate to Yishun Industrial part A in 2026 (Q2)

We are seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support our purchasing and logistics operations. This role involves processing daily orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily purchase orders and ensure accurate, timely deliveries

• Maintain and update delivery schedules and shipment status records

• Source and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders

• Coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams on material receipt and inventory updates

• Maintain organized procurement records, including POs, quotations, and supplier documents

• Assist with vendor evaluation, cost comparison, etc.

• Handle documentation for import/export and logistics processes

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and standards

Requirements:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
