(Japanese speaking) HR, Admin and Account Executive


You will coordinate closely with Japan headquarters and third-party vendors, as payroll and accounting. Acting as a translator and key liaison, you will bridge communication between the Japanese manager, store staff, and Japan HQ.

Financial Management

  • Liaise with the accounting firm to manage financial operations, including invoicing and sales report generation

  • Serve as the main point of contact with headquarters for all accounting-related matters


Human Resources (HR) Management

  • Manage end-to-end HR and payroll operations

  • Oversee attendance tracking and payroll preparation

  • Maintain accurate staff databases and HR documentation

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

  • Draft and manage employment contracts

  • Conduct monthly performance evaluations meetings to assess employee progress and provide feedback

  • Ensure data protection and confidentiality of employee information

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and regulatory compliance

  • Manage MOM portal updates, surveys, accident reporting, and levy bills

  • Coordinate expatriate payroll and reporting with headquarters


Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Japanese language to effectively communicate and build relationships with Japanese-speaking clients and to liaise with Japan HQ

  • Around 3 years of relevant work experience in similar fields

  • A positive, proactive mindset with a strong commitment to contributing to team success.

  • Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail, particularly for responsibilities involving attendance tracking and payroll verification.

  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Confident and comfortable working with numerical data on a regular basis, ensuring precision and reliability.

  • Experience working in a small company or in a multi-tasking role
