Sports Massage Therapist/Pilates Instructor - #1131662

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ muscular conditions and create customized massage therapy plans for injury prevention, pain relief, and rehabilitation

• Treat clients with muscular tension, chronic pain, or sports-related injuries using appropriate massage techniques

• Educate clients on mobility, stretching, and recovery strategies to enhance muscle health and prevent future injuries

• Instruct clients in Pilates movements, ensuring proper form and safety throughout each session

• Integrate Pilates principles into rehabilitation and conditioning programs to support recovery and optimize performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sports massage or a similar role

• Certification in Sports Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, CIBTAC, or equivalent)

• Certified Pilates Instructor from a recognized training institution

• Solid knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic techniques

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
