We are currently hiring Semiconductor Process Engineers across multiple technical specializations, including: CD Control & Applications | Writer & Metrology | Bake | Develop & Etch | Cleaning | Inspection | Back-end Processes

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline
3+ years of semiconductor process engineering experience is a plus; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven mindset
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and execution
Able to perform well in fast-paced, time-critical environments
Curious, self-motivated, and eager to take on new challenges
Key Responsibilities after joining our team will include the following:
Process Control & Continuous Improvement
Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify critical parameters and drive data-based improvements in process stability, yield, and performance.Recipe & Technology Management
Develop, maintain, and optimize process recipes and manufacturing flows. Lead new process and technology qualifications to ensure smooth ramp-up into production.Equipment & Defect Management
Perform preventive maintenance, baseline monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting of process tools. Analyze defect trends, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.Documentation & Training
Create and maintain accurate documentation, including SOPs and MES/RMES configurations. Deliver structured training to engineers and production technicians.Automation & Efficiency Initiatives
Drive automation and smart manufacturing projects, collaborating closely with IT and engineering teams to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.Cross-Functional & Cross-Site Collaboration
Work with global manufacturing sites to support process correlation, resolve daily production challenges, and partner with equipment vendors on complex technical issues.
