About the role

Join our talented team of culinary experts as a Pastry Chef at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT'. This full-time role is based in the Changi Point East Region SG, where you will play a crucial part in creating exquisite baked goods and desserts that delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other desserts using high-quality ingredients

2. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and innovative pastry recipes

3. Ensure all baked goods meet our strict quality and presentation standards

4. Maintain a clean and organised work station, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

5. Participate in inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies

6. Provide exceptional customer service and assist with menu planning as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar baking role

2. Strong background in traditional and modern pastry techniques

3. Expertise in creating a variety of pastries, cakes, and other desserts

4. Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills

5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills

7. Passion for creating high-quality baked goods and a commitment to exceptional customer service
