Finance Admin (4-6 Months Maternity Cover) - #1131621

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2600 - $2800

• Location: Bedok South

• Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Support month-end closing activities and reporting.

• Process and verify staff claims and reimbursements.

• Provide administrative support for office and warehouse supplies management, including ordering and inventory tracking.

• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Human Resource, Business Administration or any other related fields

• Preferably with 2-3 years of Accounting and Admin experience

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
