Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure the well-being of children during afternoon routines.
Liaise with school management and parents on matters concerning student care and teaching and learning issues.
Maintain close communication with vendors for safe and timely pick-up and drop-off services.
Ensure the school's physical condition provides an optimal learning environment.
Mentor teachers to foster positive and collaborative approaches to learning, teaching, and evaluation.
Execute the school's programmes and new initiatives to the highest standards.
Support enrolment and centre tours to explain programmes and services.
Oversee administrative tasks such as reports, finance, and GIRO reports.
Perform other duties as delegated by the Centre Director.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of a Diploma in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Exceptional work ethic and high integrity.
Positive attitude and ability to handle challenges professionally.
Passion for working with children and fostering their love for learning.
Ability to mentor and guide teachers effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a fast-paced work environment.
Commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment for students and staff.
At least 2 years of experience working with children, preferably at the primary level.
