Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the well-being of children during afternoon routines.

• Liaise with school management and parents on matters concerning student care and teaching and learning issues.

• Maintain close communication with vendors for safe and timely pick-up and drop-off services.

• Ensure the school's physical condition provides an optimal learning environment.

• Mentor teachers to foster positive and collaborative approaches to learning, teaching, and evaluation.

• Execute the school's programmes and new initiatives to the highest standards.

• Support enrolment and centre tours to explain programmes and services.

• Oversee administrative tasks such as reports, finance, and GIRO reports.

• Perform other duties as delegated by the Centre Director.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Education, Child Development, or a related field.

• Exceptional work ethic and high integrity.

• Positive attitude and ability to handle challenges professionally.

• Passion for working with children and fostering their love for learning.

• Ability to mentor and guide teachers effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain a fast-paced work environment.

• Commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment for students and staff.

• At least 2 years of experience working with children, preferably at the primary level.
