Position Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and tech-savvy Junior Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level/junior position designed to develop future solutions experts. You will work closely with senior Pre-Sales Executives and the Sales team, focusing on mastering our product line, supporting technical presentations, and ensuring accuracy in sales documentation. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with foundational technical knowledge eager to start a career bridging technology and business.
Key Responsibilities
The Junior Pre-Sales Executive will focus on support, learning, and managing technical sales administration.
1. Product Mastery & Presentation Support
Product Knowledge: Rapidly develop deep expertise in our product features, functionality, and use cases.
Demonstration Support: Assist senior Pre-Sales staff in setting up and delivering product demonstrations, handling technical logistics and preparation.
Basic Presentations: Conduct simple, standardized product overviews for smaller prospects or internal teams under supervision.
2. Documentation & Proposal Assistance
RFP/RFI Support: Contribute to technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) by gathering product specifications and preparing standard answers.
Solution Documentation: Help document client requirements and map them to our product capabilities.
Resource Management: Organize and maintain the library of pre-sales materials, including demo scripts, technical specifications, and case studies.
3. Internal Collaboration & Learning
Shadowing: Actively participate in sales calls, discovery sessions, and technical deep-dives to learn advanced pre-sales techniques.
Liaison: Work with Product and Engineering teams to clarify technical details and relay basic customer questions.

Experience Level
0 - 2 years of experience. Fresh university graduates (especially in relevant fields like IT, Engineering, or Business/Technology), or those with basic professional experience in technical support or administrative roles. Formal Pre-Sales experience is not required.
Technical Aptitude
A strong foundation in technology and the ability to learn complex systems quickly.
Communication
Strong eagerness to develop professional presentation and communication skills.
Mindset
Highly analytical, curious, and detail-oriented. A desire to understand 'how things work' is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent practical technical training).

Qualifications & Experiences
Experience in networking and software is critical.
· Professional Certificate Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Information Technology, Computing or equivalent.
Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is a mandatory requirement to effectively communicate with our diverse client base in the region.
Preferred experience with IP-based networks and understanding of Network and Application Management protocols, including Server (UNIX or Linux).
Additional experience in security, Storage and Video technologies is highly desirable.
Basic understanding or experiences in C++, and Java programming, will be an advantage.
1-2 years of industry or technical experience (network engineer, network administrator, system administrator or similar surveillance / IT-related job function)
