Responsibilities

Manage Commercial/ Residential / Industrial projects efficently and liase with owners & consultants

Support the Project Management Team in project implementation

Site coordination & monitoring of progress

Co-ordinate and prepare work schedules to execute timely completion of projects

Requirements

Minimum ITE/ Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering & Construction

Minimum 4 years relevant experience in civil, structural & architectural work & Semi Detached House

Literacy in Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint. Knowledge in Autocad & Microsoft Project has added advantage

Class 3 Driving License
