Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to support address declaration services and related e-Services. You will play a key front-line role in assisting members of the public, employers, homeowners, and property agents, while ensuring service standards are met and cases are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot address declaration errors by retrieving, reviewing, and processing requests from employers, homeowners, and property agents

• Assist customers with address declaration transactions and work with technical teams where system issues arise

• Provide clear guidance to members of the public on:

  • Rules governing migrant worker housing

  • Proper procedures for address declaration

  • Use of e-Services and online tools to submit declarations accurately

• Manage service requests according to service standards:

  • Calls within 3 working days

  • Emails / FormSG submissions within 7 working days

• Triage, prioritise, and manage urgent or complex cases independently

• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to online resources (e.g. website content, online forms) to promote self-help and reduce workload

Job Requirements

• Experience in front-line customer service or public service roles is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good report-writing ability

• Able to assess cases with unique circumstances and propose appropriate courses of action independently

• Well-organised, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
