Job Description

This role is responsible for managing visa and immigration processes as well as some administrative support functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal procedures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to stakeholders and applicants on obtaining Singapore work passes/visas and assist in ensuring a smooth application process.

  • Stay updated on the latest Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.

  • Oversee the end-to-end work pass/visa application process, including submissions, renewals, cancellations, and compliance with local employment laws and internal policies.

  • Liaise with MOM officers to resolve work pass-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Manage inbound and outbound visa processes, including consultation, document review, and submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with Embassy of various countries in Singapore.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date visa records, system data, and documentation. Prepare reports, issue official letters, and develop guidelines and FAQs for visa-related processes.

  • Provide support for HR-related tasks, including employee orientation, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Supporting business units with various administrative tasks like organizing meetings, events, etc.


Candidate Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma at Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent;

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing, immigration compliance, or HR functions.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proactive with a positive working attitude and ability to work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint (strong presentation skills).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.

  • A collaborative team player who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to communicate effectively with colleagues in the head office in China.
