Job Overview

We are seeking Full-Time Manufacturing Operator to support assembly and testing operations in a large-scale manufacturing environment. This role is suitable for candidates who are hands-on, adaptable and comfortable working in a cleanroom setting.

Work Location & Transport

• Woodlands (Company shuttle bus provided islandwide)

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary range: $1,700 – $2,500 (commensurate with experience) + AWS bonus provided

• 14 days of annual leave, medical benefits and insurance coverage

• On-the-job training provided

Key Responsibilities

• Perform product assembly and testing in accordance with established work instructions

• Handle and manage components from raw materials through to finished products

• Assist with machine assembly activities, which may involve heavy lifting depending on equipment size

• Carry out duties in a cleanroom environment while adhering to safety and quality standards

Working Hours & Shift Arrangement

• 8-hour rotating shifts

• Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM ($5 allowance daily)

• Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM ($15 allowance daily)

• Day and night shifts rotate every two months

• Overtime may be required based on operational needs

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment

• Able to perform hands-on work

• Willing to work rotating shifts

• Open to candidates with or without experience
