Job Description

·       Organization, control and co-ordinate the Compliance and Authorization section prior external and internal audits.

·       Assist in the documentation and updates in Approval and Vendor management section.

·       Control and management of all audit reports, including checking for completeness and proper storage of copies.

·       Duplication and filling of records for safekeeping. Payment matters regarding authority audits, authority certification fees and procurement of department’s inventory and resources.

·       Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager

Job requirements

·       Minimum 2 years of working experience in engineering related industry in a support role will be advantages.

·       Minimum qualification Diploma in Engineering or other relevant industry.

·       Able to work well with Microsoft Excel and a good basic computer knowledge.

·       SAP and Microsoft Office application is an advantage
