We’re looking for a hands-on Manager to oversee hybrid cloud services (AWS, Azure, Private Cloud) and backend enterprise systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead APAC-wide cloud and compute strategy, operations, and adoption initiatives.

• Manage Windows Server, VMware vSphere/vCenter/vSAN, and enterprise backend systems with L2–L3 support.

• Drive automation, cost optimization, and operational excellence across the region.

• Mentor a regional team of infrastructure professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.

• Align infrastructure initiatives with global IT strategy while delivering regional impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with 5+ in leadership roles.

• Strong cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, Private Cloud) and VMware/Windows Server experience.

• Experience managing multi-country IT operations in APAC.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Bonus: AWS/Azure/VMware certifications and ITIL knowledge.
