You will provide administrative support for the daily operations of the International Collaboration Office. Your role involves managing essential administrative tasks, and supporting country managers in the implementation and administration of overseas programmes.
Key responsibilities include arranging inter-departmental and external meetings, organising events and coordinating staff travel arrangements. You will also maintain an efficient filing system and record meeting minutes. Additionally, you will provide logistical support to project team leaders for funded projects.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Detail-oriented team player with analytical and problem-solving skills
