Job Description for Temporary Accounts (Profit Control)

1.    Maintain Accounts Receivable System for Foreign and Local invoices

2.    Maintain Accounts Payable freight charges. Issue Debit & Credit Note

3.    Check input records to show expenses and others

4.    Prepare Monthly Reports for Accounts Receivable, Resales Reports and Scrap Reports

5.    Prepare Audit Schedule, perform 2 ways checking on AX System Reports

6.    Perform other accounting tasks as required.

7.    Liaise with forwarder on bill dispute (for wrongly billed expenses)

8.    Conduct Inventory Check, Fixed Assets Check and Document Check

1. Able to commence in January 2026
