Key Responsibilities
1) Recruitment & Manpower – Support full hiring process, coordinate interviews, manage site manpower deployment, and handle onboarding.
2) Work Pass & Compliance – Process work pass applications/renewals, ensure MOM and safety compliance, and maintain worker records.
3) HR Operations – Maintain employee files, manage leave/attendance systems, prepare HR letters, and handle insurance matters.
4) Payroll Support – Assist in payroll preparation, overtime checks, CPF and government claims, and appraisal/salary review support.
5) Training & Development – Arrange mandatory safety and skills training, track expiry dates, and support internal training programs.
6) Employee Relations & Welfare – Provide HR support, manage grievances/discipline issues, and organize welfare/engagement activities.
7) Reporting & Improvement – Prepare HR reports, support audits, and participate in process enhancement and digitalization.
8) Admin Support – Assist in general corporate administrative tasks assigned by the HR & Admin Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience (construction industry experience is an advantage).
Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Experience using HRIS/payroll systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
