Associate Engineer,Failure Analysis(Night shift) - #1131159

• Perform failure analysis on products, components, and materials using electrical, mechanical, and analytical techniques.

• Operate and maintain FA tools (e.g., SEM, X-ray, curve tracer, decapsulation, cross-sectioning equipment).

• Collect, document, and interpret test results to support root cause determination.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Design, Reliability) to resolve product issues.

• Support customer return analysis and provide timely feedback.

• Assist in developing new FA methodologies and continuous process improvements.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of semiconductor devices, electronic components, or materials science.

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Willing to work Night Shift permanent
