Facility Maintenance Technician (Electrical) - #1131158

Responsibilities:

• Routine check of air compressor, air dryer, chiller, cooling tower, and other building facilities         

• Forklifts and stackers weekly routine check

• Repair and service plant machinery, electrical equipment, and other utility services

• Perform routine clean room facility maintenance and troubleshooting

• Perform periodic preventive maintenance for plant machinery and facility equipment

• Update the preventive maintenance checklist without fail

• Perform general electrical maintenance and troubleshoot electrical issues

• Follow up and ensure subcontractors’ installation and repair works

• Report submission of servicing & maintenance functions

• Ensure to complete company-assigned safety and other related courses

• Any other duties assigned by the superior

 Education:

• Minimum NTC 3/NITEC in Electrical

 Experience:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in electrical/clean room facility maintenance or similar capacity

 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Able to read and understand electrical circuits

• Experienced in clean room and MIG/TIG welding machine maintenance

• Ability to complete common electrical repair works with minimal supervision

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with hand and power tools
